Carnival Cruise line has three options for an Alaska cruise from Vancouver onboard either the Carnival Spirit, Carnival Legend, or Carnival Journeys' cruise ships. These three cruises are only available at the beginning and end of the season as most of the Carnival Cruises leave through Seattle.

  • A 9-day Round-trip cruise from Vancouver that stops in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Sitka, Glacier Bay, & Icy Strait Point is available in late September.

  • A 7-day Vancouver to Seattle cruise that stops in Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, and Ketchikan is available in late-April.

  • A 7-day Vancouver to Seattle cruise that stops in Tracy Arm Fjord, Skagway, Juneau, & Ketchikan is available in late-April.

Celebrity Cruises has three Alaska cruise Ships departing from Vancouver - The Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Millennium, & the Celebrity Solstice.

  • The Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Eclipse both have a "7 Night Northern Glacier Cruise"  from Vancouver to Seward that is available the majority of the season. Ports of call include Ketchikan, Sitka, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Skagway, & Hubbard Glacier, ending in Seward.

  • The Celebrity Solstice has a "7 Night  Tracy Arm Fjord Cruise"  from Vancouver to Seattle that is also available the majority of the season. Ports of call include Ketchikan,  Skagway, Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier, & Victoria, BC.

  • Also available on the Celebrity Millennium & Celebrity Eclipse are a 15 Night Bering Sea & Japan Cruises that are available only at the end of the season and that begin in Vancouver and end in Tokyo, Japan.
  • The Celebrity Eclipse also offers a 10 Night Ultimate Alaska Cruise to and from Vancouver available only in early May. Ports of call include Ketchikan, Sitka, Skagway, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier& Victoria, BC.

Holland America Line has several Alaska cruises from Vancouver to choose from!


  • The option available most of the season is the 7-Day Alaskan Inside Passage cruise on the Volendam, Nieuw Amsterdam, and Volendam. You'll start in Vancouver, B.C., then visit Juneau, Skagway, & Ketchikan and depending on the ship, Tracy Arm or Glacier Bay or both!

  • The 7-Day Glacier Discovery on the Noordam or Westerdam begins in Vancouver and ends in Seward (Anchorage) with visits to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, & Glacier Bay.

  • There are also way too many to list - Cruise Tours to choose from that leave from Vancouver which combine both a cruise with a land tour.

You're in luck! Norwegian Cruise Line has two options for Alaska cruises from Vancouver - all 7 days in length.

The Norwegian Jewel has weekly departures:

  • The 7-Day Glacier Bay (Northbound), departing Vancouver & ending in Seward, AK. Ports of Call are Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier, & Seward.

  • Also available is the 7-Day Alaska with Holkham Bay Glacier Fjords from Vancouver cruise. This cruise is a round-trip cruise from Vancouver and visits Juneau, Skagway, & Ketchikan. This cruise is only available in late September.

Princess Cruises has four Alaska Cruises from Vancouver.

  • Available all season is a 7 Day "Voyage of the Glaciers" Northbound. Cruise on the Island Princess, Royal Princess, Coral Princess, Golden Princess, Grand Princess, or Pacific Princess and view Glacier Bay National Park and College Fjord while also visiting Icy Strait Point, Skagway, & Juneau, beginning in Vancouver, BC and ending in Anchorage.

  • What goes North must come South so the same ships also do the 7 Day "Voyage of the Glaciers" Southbound. Cruise on the Island Princess, Royal Princess, Coral Princess, Golden Princess, Grand Princess, or Pacific Princess and view Glacier Bay National Park and Hubbard Glacier while also visiting Skagway, Juneau, & Ketchikan. This cruise begins in Anchorage and ends in Vancouver, BC.

  • At the beginning and end of the season are also several different cruises that range from 4 days to 12 days. These cruises are typically the least expensive options available.

Royal Caribbean International has two main Alaska Cruises from Vancouver onboard the Serenade of the Seas, Ovation of the Seas, or Radiance of the Seas:


  • A 7 Night Alaska Northbound Cruise on the Radiance of the Seas departs Vancouver, BC then visits Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Skagway, Hubbard Glacier (Cruising) & Seward, Alaska.

  • Or the 7 Night Alaska Glacier Experience Cruise, Roundtrip from Vancouver, BC aboard the Serenade of the Seas.  This cruise departs Vancouver, BC then cruises to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjord, before ending in back in Vancouver.

  • As with most other Cruise lines, you can combine the cruises with a land portion to increase tour trip to 9-13 days.  And at the very beginning and end of the season there are a couple shorter cruises from 3-6 days long.

Disney Cruise Line began cruising to Alaska in 2013 and is one of the best family friendly cruises available!

Leaving from Vancouver, there are 4 options available:

  • The majority of the season is the 7 Night Alaska Cruise from Vancouver which is a roundtrip from Vancouver and makes stops in Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan, & Tracy Arm. The cruises begin and end on a Monday.

  • 3 date options exist for a different 7 Night Alaska Cruise from Vancouver which differs only that it makes a stop in Icy Strait Point as well as Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan, & Tracy Arm. 

  • There is a 5-Night Alaska Cruise in Mid-July that makes stops in Ketchikan & Tracy Arm.

  • Or finally there is a 9-Night Alaska Cruise in early July that makes stops in Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Hubbard Glacier, Sitka, & Victoria (British Columbia.
